How it is done.
Paint Protection Film
Film is cut to the vehicle and applied panel by panel. Coverage is chosen before installation — Partial Front, Full Front, a Track Package, Full Vehicle, or a custom map of the panels that take the most road. The film is self-healing: light swirls and wash marks close under heat. It carries UV protection and finishes invisibly, so the paint reads exactly as it did before it was protected.
Answered before you ask.
It follows how the vehicle is driven. Highway miles argue for Full Front; track use adds rocker panels and rear arches; a garage-kept collector may only need the leading edges. We map it with you at quote.
The finish is invisible in normal viewing. Edges are wrapped where the panel allows so there is no visible line across the surface.
Yes, and it is common. Film takes the impact zones; a coating goes over the film and the remaining paint for one consistent, hydrophobic surface.
